We cover all import taxes for EU & USA orders. No import taxes will be charged when receiving your order.
Our current processing time to dispatch an order from our warehouse is 2-5 working days (Monday-Friday), not including the day the order was placed. Please note that during peak times this can extend.
Please note, there are currently some delays to shipping, so please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be dispatched.
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, it will take:
UK standard: 48 hours (shipped with Royal Mail)
Europe: 5-9 working days
USA: 5-9 working days
Rest of the world: 10-14 working days
(Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays)

Refund policy
How do I return my item/s for a refund?
- You can submit a full refund request 14 days after the delivery day of your item. From this request approval, you have 14 days to get this item back to us.
- Your item must be unworn and in an original condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is worn, damaged or used in any way.
- If you received free shipping due to reaching an order value, if you then return item/s that brings this below the threshold, the cost for shipping will be deducted from your refund fee.

Can I exchange my item?
- You can return your item for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery date.

Do you offer free returns?
We do not offer free returns: we recommend insuring your parcel to the full value of the contents, with tracking and signature for postage. Please keep hold of any proof of postage and tracking you have until you have been refunded as we cannot process the return without receiving the item.
